APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Because our practitioners’ books fill up quickly, we encourage clients to book their appointments a few weeks in advance. Back to 30 strives to provide 5-star service and wants our clients to have the date and time they desire.

A credit card is required to guarantee your online booking. Your card is not charged immediately and you may use another form of payment when you arrive for your appointment. We kindly ask that all changes and cancellations be made by 48 hours prior. To change or cancel your reservation, please contact the location you are scheduled at. For any missed or skipped appointments, your card will be charged a non-refundable fee as outlined below in our cancellation policy.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out intake forms and consents. These intake forms will also be e-mailed to you prior to your appointment. You have access to this paperwork on the online portal located on our website.

CONSULTATIONS

At Back to 30, every client is offered a complimentary consultation with one of our expert practitioners. During the consultation, one of our practitioners will assess you to determine the best treatment plan. A service that works for one client, may not be the best option for another client. We have many services to provide and want our clients to be satisfied with their results.

CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
 
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 fee.
  • As a one-time courtesy, the practice may waive the cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion. Any waiver will be documented in the patient’s appointment record. After a waived first occurrence, any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will incur the applicable fee.
  • A valid credit card on file may be required prior to scheduling future appointments following a missed or late-cancelled appointment.
All fees for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the card on file.
 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL

Packages must be used within a 12 month period (excluding Laser Hair Removal). Any package services not used during that 12 month window will be expired. Laser Hair Removal must be used within 18 months. No refunds or credits will be given after a 12 month period (18 months for Laser Hair Removal) except where required by law. The company retains the right to alter this policy at any time with or without notice except where required by law.

GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Gift Cards do not expire and have zero fees associated with them. Gift Cards obtained by non-monetary means (charity events or others), may be subject to expiration or alteration unless prohibited by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Back to 30 will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or if the gift card is used without permission. Title to and risk of loss for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Please treat your gift card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Back to 30 reserves the right to refuse to accept gift cards that Back to 30 may appear to have been obtained fraudulently.
