Dr. Alan R. Clardy is the Medical Director at Back to 30, bringing over 22 years of experience in emergency medicine and urgent care to his role in aesthetic treatments. He is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through natural, confidence-boosting results.

Dr. Clardy earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College, followed by his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at the Greenville Hospital System, where he honed his clinical skills.

With over five years of experience in the aesthetics field, Dr. Clardy has developed a special interest in Botox and fillers, tailoring treatments to enhance his patients’ natural beauty while ensuring a subtle, refreshed appearance. He believes in empowering his patients with the confidence that comes from achieving their aesthetic goals in a safe and compassionate environment.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Clardy enjoys swimming, aquatic sports, and spending time with his family, appreciating the balance of both active outdoor pursuits and quality family moments. His commitment to helping others extends beyond his work, as he strives to make a positive impact on the lives of all those he serves.

Amanda Phillips serves as Back to 30’s Practice and Project Manager. She has been with Back to 30 for over 8 years and utilizes her management experience from previous roles to support the team and their goals. Her favorite treatments are DiamondGlow and chemical peels. She loves the fresh feeling that DiamondGlow’s give and the restart for her skin that Chemical Peels provide.

Besides managing at Back to 30, Amanda spends her personal time baking desserts, bread, and other treats for friends and family. She also enjoys relaxing on the couch and spending time with her family.

With a background in nutrition, Amber is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. She has two years of experience in the aesthetics industry and loves learning about innovative technologies and products that help maximize client results. Known for her heart for customer service, Amber enjoys working alongside Back to 30’s incredible providers to help clients curate personalized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals. Amber is a Clemson graduate and holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with friends and family and spending weekends on the lake…always with plenty of SPF, of course.

Angela is a dedicated and challenge-driven professional with a passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning. With multiple degrees, including Registered Nursing, Health Science, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Angela has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence throughout her academic and professional journey. Angela earned an academic scholarship for her doctoral program and was recognized as a member of Phi Theta Kappa as well as repeatedly on both the Dean’s List and President’s List. She was also awarded early graduation from the doctoral program— due to her accelerated completion of clinical requirements.

Beyond her formal education, Angela has pursued numerous post-graduate classes, certifications, and specialized training, including over a decade of training in aesthetics and injectables, laser therapies (erbium, q-switch, diode, ablative and fractionated Co2 and more), physiologic therapeutics, nutritional and herbal certifications, disc rehabilitation, and business development. Spending 9 months in a cadaver lab as a requirement of her doctoral program made the transition to injectables much more fluid. These qualifications reflect Angela’s commitment to staying at the forefront of the health and wellness industry.

In addition to clinical expertise, As the founding partner of Back to 30, Angela has played a key role in Back to 30’s growth and success; however, she says the true success of Back to 30 is the amazing and dedicated team who continually goes above and beyond for the client as well as for each other. Outside of work, Angela is deeply committed to personal health and fitness, with interests ranging from food preparation to exercise to music (enjoys playing both the piano and flute). She is also passionate about volunteering, especially in support of underprivileged children. A devoted parent to two young adult boys, Angela enjoys traveling and teaching, sharing her knowledge with others in both professional and personal settings. Angela strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she encounters, blending a wealth of academic knowledge with a deep compassion for others.

Anna is a licensed Aesthetician and has been in the industry for 6 years. She received her certifications from the School of Botanical & Medical Aesthetics in Denver and has been with Back to 30 for the past 5 years. Continuing her education, Anna has attended CoolSculpting University, as well as other training and conferences, to deliver the best results while educating her clients.

Anna’s favorite treatment for full-face rejuvenation is Morpheus8, a combination of radiofrequency and microneedling. This has been a client favorite when it comes to texture, tightening and contouring! She also LOVES and stays busy with CoolSculpting! CoolSculpting is one of her favorites because of the incredible results without any downtime!

Dedicated to helping her clients feel their best, Anna loves to bring out their confidence through personalized treatment plans. While she’s not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being on the lake! A fun fact about Anna: she has traveled to 25 countries, loves to fish, and is obsessed with her cat, Spooky.

Brandy Howell is a skilled Aesthetic Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetic treatments. Specializing in a range of services, Brandy performs neuromodulator injections (Botox and Dysport) to smooth wrinkles, dermal fillers to restore volume and reduce static wrinkles, and biostimulator treatments such as Sculptra to naturally boost collagen production for age-defying results. She went on to earn her RN degree in 2021, ultimately achieving her dream of becoming an Aesthetic Registered Nurse.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Pearl, and her family and friends. She is also deeply committed to her faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and enjoys reading music, and beach trips.

Jade has been in the aesthetics field for nearly ten years and is passionate about leading her team, helping clients achieve their physical goals, and excelling in the industry. Jenn’s passion for aesthetics comforts new patients who walk through the door and provides exceptional service to help them feel their best. With over 15 years in customer service, Jenn specializes in delivering exceptional patient support, ensuring that individuals receive the highest level of care from the initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.

Outside of the office, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband, her children, and traveling.

Jessica Horlacher is an ANCC board certified Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Clemson University. She has over 17 years of varied nursing experience (such as ICU and surgical/plastics), with the last 6 years being in aesthetics. She has become very passionate about the aesthetics field and how it marries art with science.

Jessica specializes in full-facial rejuvenation for her clients, utilizing Sculptra, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers, as well as enhancing skin quality through chemical peels and resurfacing treatments. Her go-to products include SkinMedica TNS Advanced and Even & Correct for tighter, brighter skin; Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar for post-procedure use and Restorative Skin Complex for everyday care; and SkinBetter Alto Advanced (a must-have for Vitamin C!), AlphaRet Overnight Cream, and, of course, SunBetter ToneSmart SPF.

Kristina is a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) with a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. Originally from Arizona, she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of St. Francis in New Mexico. Kristina started her career in primary care but found her true calling in aesthetics three years ago, where she has since flourished.

Kristina specializes in non-surgical cosmetic treatments, with expertise in neurotoxins, chemical peels, and guiding patients through personalized skincare regimens. A devoted fan of iS Clinical, she is always exploring new ways to enhance skin health at home.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals, Kristina is an advocate for veterans, lending her time and expertise to support this community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants with her husband and their one-year-old, walking along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and staying fit with Peloton workouts.

Leslie has been a registered nurse for 20+ years. The first 13 years she worked as pediatric and clinical research nurse, during which she finessed a patient touch and learned the secrets of the most up-to-date medical practices. Leslie uses these skills to develop unique treatment plan for each client and their individual needs. Her greatest reward is knowing that she has been part of someone’s journey to achieve greater self-confidence.

Outside of the office Leslie enjoys spending time with her children, working with animal rehabilitation, drawing-painting and crafting in general. Gardening and trying to develop a green thumb also occupy any extra time. Art and creativity have always been a big influence in her life and that spreads into her career influence.

Libby started a career in medical aesthetics after receiving her license in 2006. With her background in dermatology, she is proficient in working with skin types I-VI. She is highly trained and skilled in advanced laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and possess a wealth of knowledge in body contouring treatments such as Coolsculpting and Emsculpt.  She has conducted training seminars and written various protocols ranging lasers to chemical peels. Libby loves educating her clients about skincare and the science behind why it matters. She brings a truly personalized and tailored approach to each of her clients ensuring their return. Aside from work Libby enjoys playing the guitar, ukulele, spending time with her husband, three kiddos, and their shih Tzu named Winnie.

With 10 years of experience in the dermatology and med spa industry, Rachel Burns is a highly skilled and dedicated skin specialist. As a licensed medical esthetician, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a variety of skin treatments. Rachel is particularly well-known for her 8 years of specialized experience in CoolSculpting, having completed thousands of cycles with exceptional results for her clients.

Her extensive training includes advanced facial services, such as chemical peels tailored to all skin types, tones, and textures. Rachel also possesses a deep understanding of medical skincare products, enabling her to create customized, results-driven treatment plans to address individual client concerns such as acne, aging, melasma, rosacea, and unwanted pigmentation.

Sumer Oliver is a skilled Nurse Practitioner at Back to 30, where she merges her extensive clinical background with a passion for aesthetic medicine. With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, including 19 years as a Nurse Practitioner in the Upstate South Carolina area, Sumer provides exceptional care and builds lasting relationships with her patients. Sumer takes pride in her meticulous attention to detail and her creative approach to aesthetics.
